Biryani Bazar started the way a lot of the best food stories do — one order at a time, earning trust one plate at a time. Long before this website existed, we were building a reputation the hard way: on Swiggy, one great order after another, earning a 4.7★ rating along the way.

Every biryani we send out is dum-cooked the traditional way — sealed and slow-cooked so the rice, meat (or paneer), and spices finish together in their own steam. No shortcuts, no pre-mixed masalas. That’s the part that doesn’t change no matter how big we grow.
